Our consulting services provide assessment and proven solutions for effective ministry management. Pastor Steve Gray, the noted founder of this organization has often been referred to as the “church health specialist." During the last nine years, leaders have been tapping into the expertise of Gray and his leadership team to find effective ministry strategies.

The telephone and digital consultations are done from our offices in Kansas City. They are utilized to examine smaller issues and clarify resolutions that are already apparent to the ministry's leadership. The onsite consultation is much more exhaustive; it allows a local church to receive a through analysis of their entire ministry operations. Onsite Consultations
Through this valuable service we visit your site to provide an objective analysis of your overall situation.
While there, the trained consultant will engage parishioners and the congregational leaders. Building on previous telephone interviews and research, the consultant will use a unique diagnostic system to analyze your ministry's health and isolate sources of conflict. This diagnostic system focuses on seven crucial dimensions:
- Location
- Grounds
- Facilities
- Administration
- Leadership
- Ministry
- Vision
Upon completion of the onsite research and the diagnostic report, an initial findings report will be given to the church’s leadership.
This service provides you with a thorough evaluation and problem analysis. However, we only present the facts as an objective third-party representative. If the leadership of your congregation would also like to receive further recommendations and assistance in finding solutions, a more thorough onsite consulting service is available.
