Elders and Their Ministry
The Bible provides clear guidelines for eldership in the local church. The following is a short checklist that can help us determine whether a candidate qualifies as an elder. Please fill out this information to the best of your ability.

Personal Testimony – saved, water baptized, baptized in the Holy Spirit
Leader in worship – an example of worship, free in worship, loves to worship
Leader in prayer – bale, willing to pray, aggressive in intercession
Committed to the Pastor and the Church Vision (good team member)
Demonstrated ministry gifts – pray in faith, salvation, prophesy, baptism of the Holy Spirit
Love of the Word of God – able to handle the Word of Truth, defend, convince, teach
Tither and faithful in financial freedom and giving
Agreement of wife with ministry
Able and willing to give time and effort to ministry
Above reproach (unaccusable of immoral or improper behavior)
Husband of one wife (fidelity or faithfulness to one woman)
Temperate (vigilant, calm, observant)
